The Burnt House By Faye Kellerman. ~ About the Author ~ Faye Kellerman was born in Missouri but grew up in California. She earned a BA in Mathematics, as well as gaining a doctorate in dentistry. Her first novel was produced in 1986, and since then she has become one of the best-known female crime writers out there.
