Whenever I visit my best friend I always have a nosey at her bookshelf to see if there are any books I can borrow or if not add to my wish list. We actually moved into our first homes around the same time as each other and it was on one of the first visits to her new house I spotted a copy of The Cleaning Bible, to be honest I didn't really pay too much attention to it. About a year later I'd got hooked on watching repeats of How Clean Is Your House on More4 and paid a little bit more attention to it the next time I visited. Now don't get me wrong, I don't live in a dirty house ( like How clean is your house!) nor do I not know how to clean!!! I saw this book in a bookshop and fell in love with it, so hinted and hinted until everyone got fed up with me and so they got it for me just to shut me up. It is full of interesting facts and tips that are very helpful to know and if you have a certain stain that you can not remove I bet you could get rid of it with some help from this book. This book comes in a hardback version and was first published in 2006 which is proberly when I got this one, although this seems a lot longer ago than that. It has a deep purple ... Received as a gift many moons ago when I officially left home, this is the ideal book I take everywhere with me whenever I have to stay in rented properties. This isn't just a Guidebook in its clearest sense; this is the book that sits with my well-thumbed copy of Delia Smith cookery and that it has been written for people like me who love to clean it is much more than a cleaning guide. I've since purchased two copies for friends in the last couple of years. "The Cleaning Bible: Kim and Aggie's Complete Guide to Modern Household Management," isn't all about the stories and glories of cleaning although there are some wonderful short examples of ...
