The camel club returns under the pen of Baldacci. The story begins with the head of rare books section at the Library of congress being found dead by Caleb Shaw, a member of the camel club. It soon becomes clear that this was no heart attack but a murder meant to look like one.
Introduce the mysterious Annabell, the dead mans ex wife who is out for revenge and the camel club soon find themselves in grave danger. True to all Baldacci books the story will hook you and keep you hooked as oliver stone and his friends unearth the reasons of the murder.
The story is cleverly portrayed and becomes obvious that Baldacci has researched well for this book. Set in and around washington he uses the sights and well known buildings in a clever and entertaining way.
the book is not as good as the first one, The Camel Club, but it is still worth a read. If you enjoy trying to work out what is going to happen next, then this is one for you. Another good read from this fine author.
