CONFESSIONS OF A CARRY ON FAN I love 1970s British comedy, as I have mentioned many times before. Carry On films are amongst my favourites and although they have been in and out of fashion, they are currently very popular with the new DVDs (with extras) selling well. British actor Robin Askwith was in Carry On Girls, but his most popular role was starring in the series of Confessions films. Unfortunately, these haven’t reclaimed the cult status they had at the time with the films lacking some of the restraints of the Carry On films.
