Contents Introduction First Impressions Content Educational Use Quality of Writing Usability Top 10 contents Opinion Price Summary Introduction Both of the brothers are proclaimed History writers, and have now written another book in the series, the Yearbook. A fantastic book that helped me "Recapture Sunday afternoons and long summer days. It really is the perfect book for every boy from 8-80, but I wouldn't recommend it to the girls. Crowned Review In Danger of wasting time! (594 words)

Last Christmas a friend gave my husband a copy of the dangerous book for boys. I think it was meant as a bit of a joke present really and after a cursory flick through the book was put aside. However a few weeks ago I wanted something to read whilst my son had his weekly tennis lesson. As I rushed out of the house I noticed the book on the hall table and grabbed it. The Dangerous book for boys is fairly heavy book with a red hardback cover and rather expensive looking gold writing. The book is written by Conn Iggulden and Hal Iggulden .Inside there is an impressive list of contents .The book seems to cover just about every subject imaginable! There is a ...  Read the complete review

"The Dangerous Book for Boys", just the title makes you wonder what is inside. My boys do enough risky things as it is, I do not need them being encouraged. Boys will be boys, climbing trees, forever barefoot, picking up all types of creepy crawlies, and the list goes on. So I was interested in knowing what this book was about. Firstly, the Dangerous Book for Boys was a gift given to my son. It was published in 2006 and written by Hal Iggulden and Conn Iggulden. These brothers argue that boys today are losing their traditional play and concentrating too much on video games, ipods and cell phones. I'm sure many little chaps will not be overly ...  Read the complete review

The Dangerous Book for Boys, Hal Iggulden rrp UK £20.00 CAN $29.95. Hardback book containing 293 pages. Red cover. According to the cover the book is aimed at 'every boy for eight to eighty.' In my opinion, an excellent book, ideal as a gift or a stocking filler, it really is suitable for all ages. The book has sections on all manor of things from how to build a tree house, understanding grammar, poems every boy should know, and the rules of football. The book is good wholesome fun, quite old fashioned, and focusses on fun without things like tv or computer games. It is educational and contains things that boys should all know, ...  Read the complete review
