... really shows the skill of Simon Holt's writing. The intensity is amazing, but also I very much doubt that people who dislike scary books will like it. I shall explain later. I believe Simon Holt will become one of my favourite authors sometime soon. The devouring wasn't as scary; I believe that there are a lot more scary books out there awaiting my inspection. I got this book for Christmas off a friend, and I was really excited. I really want to start this review by pinpointing the picture above, I feel like I need to, as the photo above is the same book but the American cover, and considering this website happens to be in the UK, I think that they should replace the picture with the UK cover, as other people who want to review this book, might think this is the wrong novel and feel the need to request for the UK book, which happens to be the same.
