The first "real" Discworld novel, DEATH is a wonderful character Not a lot

Thousands of years of history is a small volume! Difficult prose at times, lacks the genius of JRR to flesh out the stories

some very clever mickey-taking of Australia and it's culture(?) not very big on convincing plot-much too complicated for own good

It is not badly written The 'meaning' doesn't shine through

Get to see more of Wander as a person Lacks the pace of his earlier works

Very entertaining Poor character development
