I have stuck rigidly to the diet and am therefore a bit disappointed to have gained weight! I am now a firm believer that in order to lose weight, you must consume fewer calories than your body needs for its daily activities. The F Plan diet book is an excellent way to lose wait and having tried every plan on the planet its the only one for me. It is also an economical and healthy plan which allows you to eat baked potatoes, bread, pasta etc which most diets discourage you from eating. The plan is very easy to follow and is not so much calorie counting but fat unit counting which believe me is alot easier than adding up all of those kilojoules. So if you have tried the rest then try the best. ...
