Premium Review The Famous Five: Five Get into Trouble - Enid Blyton: Five get into trouble - but I had no trouble reading this! (725 words)
by - written on 08/11/09 (Very useful, 17 readings)
Rating:

When I was a kid, I adored Enid Blyton books. By far my favourites were the books based around boarding school life, or around pure fantasy, but I loved the Famous Five books too . The Famous Five are Julian, Dick and Anne Kirrin, their cousin George (Georgina) and her dog ...  Read the complete review

a very substantial study of Fulci’s work; features a deep and complex analysis if some of Fulci’s films without becoming pretentious; surprisingly, for a book of this nature, the text is very readable in all but a couple of places. further study of the man himself, especially with regard to the effect his harsh family life and severe illness in later life, might have lead to even further insight into the films.
