If you're looking for a 'tell-all', 'juicy' book, then you are looking in the wrong place. This is a smart and detailed look back, at the the life of the singer and actress Cher. Although controversy and Cher usually come as a pair, this autobiography is actually both, clever and classy. Whilst leaving the book, the reader feel that they have got the full details of the performers life, although never lets too much slip throughout. The book, like other autobiographies, starts at the beginning of the superstars life. However, the book is presented in various chapters that, on average, last about a page. .... A first time for everything, except, most peoples first times aren't as interesting! Autobiographies. Books for nosy people. Written by people that know that nosy people are going to read them. Read by people that know they are being nosy by reading them. But who cares right? Not me that's for sure. I don't go through my neighbours bin, I don't keep my nose glued to the front window, and I don't gossip, I ain't nosy.
