I saw this book being sold second hand and as a passionate cook and healthy eater, I thought at just £1.00 I couldn't possibly go wrong. I purchased it in hope of some good, new recipes to try out. I didn't want to follow the author, Ian Marber's, whole diet plan. Ian Marber had already released a book entitled 'The Food Doctor Diet' before releasing this, 'The Food Doctor EVERYDAY DIET'. I already had the previously released book when I came across this one being sold cheap. I had enjoyed some of the reciped in Ian's other book so thought I wouldn't mind trying out a few more.
