The General is the tenth book of a highly successful series called Cherub written by Robert Muchamore. Cherub as told in the first book the Recruit is an organization which turns the tables on criminals. For example if a man rings the doorbell of an old lady saying that he's had an car crash she would be suspicious but might let him use her phone. However if a small boy rang her doorbell crying "My dad had a car crash. He's not moving" the door would open immediately letting his dad club the old lady and steal the money underneath the bed.
