Advantages: Pretty cover!

Disadvantages: Depressing

I was optimistic about this one after reading 'Ps I Love You' but was really very disappointed with this one.

The idea behind the tale is fairly sound. It attempts to teach the reader the importance of taking time for those you love before time gets away from you. After finishing the book I did appreciate the sentiment but I was more engulfed by a feeling of great relief at it being over!

I warned my friend not to bother after she received it herself as a gift; she read the entire tale and was left feeling very flat!

Perhaps my expectations were too high after the hype (and v.attractive actors from the movie adaptation) of PS I love you.

The book itself is packaged well as a hard-back. Fancy red ribbon which doubles as a bookmark makes it attractive-especially as a gift. However I urge you all not to judge this one by its cover.

Summary: Not a feel good read
