The Great Race is a book all about Thomas the Tank Engine from the level 1 Step Into Reading series. It costs £2.62 from Amazon which I think is a bargain for a book of this quality. I think this is a great way to get little Thomas fans interested in reading. The book is packed with loads of great, top quality illustrations that Thomas fans will recognise immediately. Thomas, Bertie, Annie and Clarabel all feature in this book with the focus being on Thomas and Bertie (who are of course having, a Great Race).
