Frank & Joe Hardy are the teenage sons of famous private detective Fenton Hardy & his wife Laura. Together, (& sometimes from help with family & friends) they investigate all sorts of crimes & strange occurences.... The Secret of The Caves was published in the US in1929 & was the seventh in the series. It was revised (heavily) in 1964. The book first appeared in the UK in 1972 & was numbered 13 when it was published by Armada. When I saw that The Secret Of The Caves was next on my list of Hardy Boys books to review I realised that, even though I'd read it at least once (& possibly more) as a child I couldn't remember ...  Read the complete review
