This book was originally written under the name Leigh Nicholls. It tells the story of Susan Thorton who wakes up in a hospital in a town called Willawauk. She has no recollection of the accident and has amnesia. A surgeon called Dr Mcgee and a nurse called Mrs Baker help her on the road to recovery but she cant remember anything from her life only a weird feeling that something happened there. Susan then starts having dreams about her boyfriend who was killed in a tragic fraternity accident 13 years before.
