These are the colours we use for our diagrams in lectures too, so this helps that it is standard.
Each page of the atlas has an introduction about the region and detailed coloured diagrams. The atlas is an excellent introduction to the rest of the section.

My parents bought me this book when I was about 10 years old as I used to be really into learning about the human body. I used to like looking at it but I though some parts were too complicated and stayed on the shelf in my wardrobe. I discovered it again a few weeks ago so as I'm doing anatomy as part of my Speech and Language Therapy course I decided to take a look.
