Why did I get this book? - If you read my previous review on Jason Vale s 7lb in 7 days you will already know that he went from being a lazy junk food addict (like most of us!) to a fitness guru. He nicknamed himself the Juice Master. If you read any of his books you will soon understand why. After doing his 7 day detox, I researched on Amazon which of his other books may be worth buying.
