The Juice Master: Keeping it Simple - Jason Vale

In an attempt to make myself and partner more healty, I was armed to buy a Jucing machine just after Christmas and in a rush to by a book to actually making alot of juices without letting the juicer just sit there I bought The juice Master keeping it Simple by Jason Vale. At just over 100 juice recipes I had no idea how well respected he is and actually that his juices are for eating plans! But I was delighted in the Juices that he provides. He offers a selection of low-fat and a booster juice to name a few selections that are well planned out and that also tells you have to make them quite easily and quickly. Why did I get this book? ------------------------------- If you read my previous review on Jason Vale's 7lb in 7 days you will already know that he went from being a lazy junk food addict (like most of us!) to a fitness guru. He nicknamed himself the Juice Master. If you read any of his books you will soon understand why. After doing his 7 day detox, I researched on Amazon which of his other books may be worth buying.
