Excellent recipe ideas, nice easy to follow text, good advice given I'd like to know if the recipes freeze well for batch cooking

Loads of quotes from Victoria, loads of useful information, things you didn't know about Victoria Book is heavy, wont be carrying this around with me. Might break shoulder

Interesting, and academic but easy to read A few random diagrams that add very little

Clear instructions, common faults, simple to follow, interesting extra information Some sections not very useful, expensive for content at full price

Wise, beautifully illustrated, balance of Eastern and Western thought Not useful for serious life issues, expensive on Amazon!
