The little book of confidence is a pocket, self-help book written by Susan Jeffers, an author and workshop leader, intended to offer "practical advice and thought-provoking tips on how to transform your fears into confidence, energy - and love". *Size and appearance* The book is small (L10cm by W7.5cm) and light. Despite the fact that I'm not a shy person, my neighbour got me this for my birthday. Yes, one sign I'm getting older, I get a book for christmas! None the least, I thought it would make a nice difference from bath sets and chocolates! The Little Book of Confidence was written by Susan Jeffers and is like a mini self help book. It's quite small you can carry it with you in your bag and it's a good size to take with you if you're travelling because it isn't heavy or big. It is only about 160 pages long and is filled with little tips and motivational quotes that are meant to boost your confidence and self esteem and help to put you in a more ... The Little Book of Confidence was written by Susan Jeffers and is a mini self help book. It is small and compact enough to carry about in your hanbag so is good to read on places like the train or the bus throughout the day. The book is 160 pages long. It is filled with little tips and quotes that are meant to improve your confidence and positive statements and affirmations to put you into a more positive mindset. I was a bit disappointed as i only had this book a few weeks and it feel apart! It was obviously very badly made but i still have it sitting in my room and flick throughit now and again. The book is meant to be very inspiring ... Read the complete review

The Little Book of Confidence ------------------------------------ I picked up this book from local library being fascinated by Susan Jeffers writing of previous books for practical advice on personality traits and few other renowned books. I was wondering if it is a book to transform your phobia into confidence. The book is quite short around 150 pages and easy to carry. The book is very easy to read as it is divided into logical section on decision making, Public speaking, asserting yourself etc. I find the content of the book a chore as there are lot of similar books in offer and this one does not stand out. The book has a serious ... Read the complete review
