      Very helpful

      Fantastic Sequel

The first book in this series was a resounding success. Quickly becoming a bestseller, and the story only gets more intense from here on out. Thomas is and the rest of the gladers thought they were safe, rescued from the Maze, only to discover it's all part of the plan.

They must now journey across what is now known as the scorch, a barren wasteland, where cranks could be waiting, and other dangers are present.

In this gripping, and non stop book, you get closer to the character's, only making it a more intense read when they get into trouble. However, it still remains mysterious! While some things are revealed, the reader, as well as the character's are still left with plenty of questions that keep you going until the next book!

This is a fantastic read. While in this book, perhaps the story does dip into some more young adult cliche's with the zombie element added in, as well as building up slightly the romantic subplot, it still remains enjoyable and in many places a very original story.

If you have read the first one, the only question i'm asking is why you are reading this review instead of the book right now! If you are interested in the series, and happened to stumble across this, you can either go and read my review of the first book, or just get it straight away; because if you like fantasy books, or young adult books, this is a must read!
