A great insight in to curries, some fantastic recipes that are easy to follow Lots od different spices required, time consuming (but satisfying) to make a curry from scratch

many ideas i would never have thought of , well laid out easy to follow recipes not many pictures , many of the recipes are not everyday food ie venison , rabbit , duck etc
