-Introduction- I bought this book (which is available on Amazon for £5.99) from The Works the other day as part of their 3 for £5 offer. I've read many of Sydney Sheldon's books before and enjoyed his style and storytelling ability and I wasn't disappointed by this one. Whilst it isn't his best, it certainly makes a great casual read and is pretty much guaranteed to entertain you as a piece of escapist adventure writing. -The Book- The book opens in Athens in 1947, with a high profile court case, where the beautiful and famous Noelle Page and her lover are on trial for murder.
