I found this at the library and chose to read it because the synopsis mentioned summer camp, and having worked at one a couple of years ago, I was pining to be back there while my friends had fun all summer and I had a "real job". If I can't be there, I thought, I can at least read about camp. In reality, the camp plays a very small part of the story, but I thoroughly enjoyed it all the same. The outcasts mentioned in the title are young Margaret Rose and her eccentric Hungarian uncles, Alex and Morris.
