Yummy yummy food. and has made me a little bit of a legend :) pricey? still worth it tho

Helps the consumer make more informed choices about their food. Can make for unpleasant reading.

It has some good and easy recipes Many of them are not really easy and they need special ingredients

tasty, saves money, means you don't have to think about what you're going to eat initially expensive to buy all the spices etc

cheap, meals and drinks for every occasion, easy to follow instructions none!!

Lots of really good recipes. Beautiful photography and graphics. None unless you don't like salad.
