I have written a review of this book on ciao previously, but thought more information was needed for dooyoo, so here goes. I suffer from PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), a severe form of PMS (previously reviewed) so I am quite desperate to try things to makes me feel better. As far as Diet goes, I think I eat well anyway and did make changes previously, taking information off the NAPS website and various other sources. I purchased this book with the intention that it would give me ideas what to eat as a number of stuff is ruled out to prevent you making your symptoms worse and leave you wondering if there is anything tasty to ...
