I recieved The Puberty Book when I was 13 as a christmas present lol I can still remember opeing the wrapping and thinking 'Oh my god! They know 8| ! Howw?' The book is aimed at teenagers who are going through the phase of puberty in thier adolecent lives and in my opinion thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know and possibly took the pressure off my parents lol Which was good for them. The price tag on the back of the book said £5.99 and after looking around certain stores (The book is extremely hard to find!) The puberty book is a very well written step by step guide for children and teenagers to find how the body changes and develops. It is a very informative and easy to understand guide for teenagers who maybe experiencing the trials and tribulations of puberty. It has been put together by Wendy Darvill and Kelsey Powell who are both Australian authors and who both for many years have been actively involved with local organisations , inside primary schools teaching the basics of "sex education" and in secondary schools teaching the older children the more important things.
