This is the latest thing I purchased for myself with my Dooyoo -earned amazon vouchers, and I've spent the last two or three days reading it . This is the second annual from the TV series QI, hosted by Stephen Fry and recently promoted from BBC2 to BBC1. Now in it's sixth series, QI, which stands for Quite Interesting, could loosely be described as a panel quiz- except it's a quiz show with a difference. It's produced by John Lloyd, and hosted by Stephen Fry (although MIchael Palin was originally approached to host it, he declined), and features regular panellist Alan Davies, with the other 3 panel spots rotating between a group of top quality comedians and ... This is the second annual from the TV series QI, hosted by Stephen Fry and featuring Alan Davies as a regualr panelist. This book focussed on the letter F, and features contributions from many stars of the show, including Franks in flight, Stephen and Alans Fantasy Football, Phil Jupitus's Fantastic Voyage cartoon strip, Jimmy Carr's Famous Fanny's, and France by Clive Anderson, as well as articles on fruit, fetishes. and an 'effing difficult quiz'. The book captures the light-hearted spirit of the quiz, as well as providing lots of (fairly useless) general knowledge!
