Good characters A mega boring story; The secret involved wasn't very exciting

Something a little different from Billingham - a kidnapping rather than a murder. It's not as good as his previous efforts.

Well argued case, easy to read book No clear alternative

Didn't cost much, The cover looks pretty good. Plot progresses poorly, Three narrators makes for messy reading.
