There are loads of books out claiming that they will save you money and after reading them you will have all your finances sorted out..but are they any good? I picked this one up in Tescos because a) it was only £3 against a rrp £9.99 and b) i thought i might learn something i didn't already know about.

The book is split up into very manageable chunks to make it easy to read and the language used is quite informal.I think that this is good because it stops the book being so boring.
There are 13 chapters all together and they have titles such as keeping up with the hitons.
Some of the clothes tips are good such as buy a couple of good items of clothing instead of loads of cheap ill fitting ones.The cost of the cheap ones that you have hardly worn with probably add up to the same as the more expensive one that you like.
Other tips include how to buy a good car which wont consume petrol like an overweight American eats fatty foods.It gives you further web sites to click on if you want more information about this-www.glass.co.uk
There weren't very many tips i hadn't come across before but i think that this book would be perfect for someone who wants to save some money but doesn't know where to start.
The book also contains case studies and gives examples of where most pople waste money and therefore how to save money by cutting these items out like taking a packed lunch to work instead of eating out everyday.
