Second Form at Malory Towers - Enid Blyton
by loub18 - written on 22/08/08 (Very useful, 43 readings)
Rating:
As I said in my other Malory Towers book review, the Malory Towers collection is a perfect set of books for a young girl, as a child I used to love these books and I hope that young girls go on reading them for many more generations, you will find many interesting adventures and mischievous plans in these books that will get a young child's imagination working! After reading the first Malory Towers book, I am sure that anyone would want to read the second one. There are many new girls in the second book including Belinda, a scatterbrain that always forgets everything, just like Irene, that has a special talent for drawing, Daphne, a millionaire's daughter, (that is what she says ...

Noddy Lift the Flap Pocket Library - Enid Blyton

Rating:
Noddy Lift The Flap Pocket Library. Yet another Christmas present for Jack being review and this time it is Noddy's Lift The Flack Pocket Library Set of Books. I bought these for Jack myself and I paid around £2.99 pence from Woolworth but they were reduced as the RRP on the box says £4.99 pence. The box set contains six different books all the same small size about 3 ½ inches squared. It does state that these books are not suitable for children under 36 months but I don't think this is right just as long as you are supervising your child I think these books are fine from any age. Each of the six books are on a different ...

Noddy Lift the Flap Pocket Library - Enid Blyton
by kingfisher111 - written on 08/01/08 (Very useful, 170 readings)
Rating:
This is a great little set of hardback books which are ideal for little children who are just beginning to develop an interest in books and 'reading'. There are six cute little books (they are only about 4 inches square) and they come in their own little box library which little children seem to love. If you put the books in the correct order the letters across the spine spelly out NODDY and you also see a picture of Noddy in his car. As you will probably have realised by now all the books feature Noddy and his toy town friends. Noddy seems to have been around for ever, but at the moment he is enjoying popularity with little children on Milkshake which is the ...
