The Silver Chair is another excellent novel by C.S. Lewis and is featured as the sixth book in the Chronicles of Narnia. It was originally published in 1953 and contains 202 pages of beautiful English language. The novel contains an excellence story and I really would recommend getting this, especially so if you have read any of the other novels in The Chronicles of Narnia and enjoyed them. It is of the same genre as the other novels in the series being a fantasy childrens book and it really is written very well indeed and I could not recommend it more. The Silver Chair is the sixth and penultimate book in the Chronicles of Narnia, penned by C.S.Lewis in the 1950s. Much like its predecessor, The Voyage of the Dawntreader, it intrroduces a new character to the saga, that of Jill, who unwittingly finds herself transported to the magical land of Narnia, accompanied by Eustace Scrubb, the cousin of the Pevensie children who first found Narnia back in the second book of the series, entitled The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.
