This is the generally little known 1967 sequel to Dodie Smith's 101 Dalmatians. I first discovered this book at the age of about 10 in the local library and I have loved it ever since. This book continues the adventures of the Darlings dalmatians Pongo and Missus (the name of the dalmatian better known as Perdita in the Disney film), Prince and Perdita, and their numerous puppies. This book is set a little while after the end of 101 Dalmatians. The Darlings and dogs are now comfortably ensconsed in a large country house.
