The StrollerFit ExerBook is the perfect book for a new mother. I purchased it from www.exerbook.com - it is also on www.amazon.com. The book really understands the needs of a mother and an infant. There are 20 pages in this thick board book. Each page has bright colors, pictures, and black and white shapes for babies. There is a flap on each page that you lift to learn about an exercise that you can do with your baby on your lap. They are great exercises that you can start doing all the time, while driving or reading anytime. There is even an online site with more ideas on games to play with your baby while exercising, and ways to make the exercises harder. ... Read the complete review
