This book is the second book in a series by Andy McDermott starring Dr Nina Wilde & Eddie Chase. Nina, is a marine archaeologist and Eddie is her bodyguard / boyfriend, an former SAS soldier. Nina has been appointed as a director of the IHA which deals with underwater excavations. The story starts on board an underwater research station which is destroyed and all those aboard are killed by a group of unknown men and made to look like it had occurred as the result of a bad storm. Not a particularly new or different story compelling, entralling, page turner, superbly written, superb plot none for me great detective story bit gruesome Easy to read, interesting story development Not terribly original characters Chilli is one cool cat, interesting structure Narrative sucks, no other compelling characters Great descriptions, Thrilling Plot, intersting method of delivery (a story within a story) Follows only one character so there is a narrow view of events in the book.The Complete Book of Creative Scrapbooking
