Well as it may have been observed I like fish and the oceans, and alcohol in particular Vodka. What is less known is that I cant be bothered to cook most of the time, its not that I cant, it's more a case of I've never tried. So it is unusual that I would not only express and interest in a cook book, much less be happy when someone buys me one. In this case I had some incentive to buying this, in short that it is how to cook with vodka. The book is divided in to sections with several recipies in each, ranging from simple and easier to prepare things to more complex ones.
