Jack, is a little book which is part of the My Thomas Story Library. The cover of the book has a picture of Jack the digger and above this is a green banner with the title in yellow lettering. The back cover of the book is also green and has small pictures showing other books available in the collection. THE STORY The first page of the book has a picture of the Fat Controller and some information about Jack, it tells us that he is a front loader and that when he arrived at the island he was very keen to start work at the quarry but all his rushing got him into trouble with the rest of the pack.
