      Disadvantages

A really good read, with excellent twists and turns

I have just completed reading Tick Tock by James Patterson. Having read a couple of Patterson books I must say what a good read they are.
I am still amazed by the quality of his books, especially Tick Tock.
Briefly the story line is Mike Bennett is doing his best to deal with a number of problems,
Both at home, and at work.

Mike a New York City detective is widowed, also left with 10 adopted children, the family is quite diverse with Granddad and also a nanny.

The family goes on holiday and is quickly subject to bullying by local bullies. Unfortunately Mike is recalled back to the city to deal with a particular killer.
I think that's as much of the plot that I should reveal, so as not to spoil anybody enjoying the story.

I enjoyed the book very much, Mike Bennet is a very interesting character, and there are many twists and turns to keep the reader interested. The book is a reasonably quick read,

There are many cliff-hangers, and plots, to make the reader reluctant to put down the book

I am now looking forward to my next Patterson book.
