This book is 'Tiger by Nick Butterworth'. It is targeted at children aged 2-6 years old. It is a colourful illustrated picture book. It is easy to read out loud to the child as this book is organized in a smart fashion that the child will find it easy to understand. Great fun as lots of sound noises like roars and great imagination. About the author: Nick Butterworth is a well known children picture book author and also illustrator and has illustrated this book himself. Tiger isnt a real tiger he is just a tinylittle harmless kitten but he doesnt want to be a kitten, he dreams of being a great big ferocious tiger, with great big paws and great big claws, that roars very loudly. Tiger wants to be a tiger that much he pretends he is when he is playing, he doesnt want to play with wool like other kittens do he wants to stalk prey silently and jump roaring like a real tiger. Tiger spends all day pretending to be a real tiger with his huge paws and menacing roar which is realy quite funny as he only has a litle meow and by the end of the day little tiger is exhausted and wants nothing more than to curl up in his bed and go to ...
