There's a bit of ritual which goes on in my household every Christmas - it's been happening every year since around 1995, and it shows no sign of stopping... I receive the 'Top 10 of Everything' by Russell Ash. It's my own fault, as I do ask for it, and it generally ends up in the charity shop a few months later - yet (probably because i'm a bit of a nerd for facts), i'm fascinated by the annual publication. The book, which costs £14.99 and comes in large hardback format, is basically a selection of lists - for example, 'The Top Ten Longest Subsea Tunnels' - which are named from one to ten, with the length of each alongside.
