When I decided to start researching my family tree over 10 months ago I had no idea where to start, what to do or how to do it. The subject matter of Genealogy when typed into Google will bring up 42.6000.000 items and 4.8 million if restricting the research to the UK alone…. As far as book are concerned, again there are a lot to choose from and whilst you can end up spending thousands of pounds on books but there is another book which I continue to use on a weekly if not daily basis for help and guidance and that is “Tracing your family History: How to get started in Genealogy” by Caroline & Jonathan Peacock and this book is essentially title ‘The good ...
