'Travel: Where to Go When' is a travel guide with a difference - it is arranged month by month by destinations most suitable to visit at these times. What a useful idea! As someone who loves travelling, this book instantly appealed. In my current job, my work is seasonal, and I have 4 months off in winter, so I have been using this guide quite a bit recently to give me some ideas of where might be good to go. I bought my copy of this book last year, for only about £5 (special deal at WH Smith), however, the new and updated 2009 edition is available from Amazon for £13.99.
