Rough Guide to Cuba - Fiona McAuslan: ... a little misleading as it is not the way they are normally displayed in economic and tourist tables. What is also very useful in the Basics section is the focus on Culture and Etiquette as well as for me Travelling with Children. The section on culture and etiquette is excellent and helped me plan my trip as it highlighted the fact that while monetary tips are always well received it also explained the benefits...

rosiesmum Eyewitness Travel Guides
... leaving for the Algarve in Portugal I bought an Eye Witness Travel Guide, it is actually called Top Ten Algarve and I really did find it useful, in fact it came to be a very handy book and for the price of 6.99 well worth the money. I did actually browse through it before we left to get a basic idea of where we were going but to be quite honest I didn t really study it until we arrived. We hired a car and started to plan our seven days stay with the guide it was so easy to follow. Just inside of the front cover a good sized map can be found with all the resorts and main roads etc very easy to follow in fact we normally buy a map of the area for about six euros w...
