It dedicates approximately two thirds of the book to Trinidad, however due to the compact nature of the book (only 370 pages) it is worth purchasing if you are only visiting one of the islands. The book is split into three parts: Part one: 'The Basics'; Part two: 'The guide (4 chapters on Trinidad and 1 chapter on Tobago); Part three: 'Contexts'.
