 ... as not only does it have lots of reds, pinks and oranges throughout the book it is also full of "twinkly glitter" It is part of the twinkle tots books and the other title I noticed was Max at the beach. I paid £4.99 which is the retail price and I would say it is worth it as it is a book that you can read to toddlers and something they will be able to read themselves in a few years. Being a board book it should last a good length of time! There are just a few words on each page and very pretty pictures...more

I purchased this book for a child just over 1 years old who loves books. It is a board book with 14 pages of pictures and text (with the front and back cover making it 16 as in the description) It is very colorful and the illustrations are beautiful. This is the perfect little book for girls as not only does it have lots of reds, pinks and oranges throughout the book it is also full of "twinkly glitter" It is part of the twinkle tots books and the other title I noticed was Max at the beach. Molly in the Garden is part of a series of books called Twinkle Tots, so called because of the glittery illustrations on every page. It is a board book aimed at young children. It caught my eye in Waterstones, as although there are lots of books for babies and toddlers, there don't seem to be that many that also have a bit of a story to them. This one does. My daughters commentary is in brackets: Molly and Max are playing on the swings, (Whee, whee!), when Molly sees a butterfly. Over the page and Molly tries to catch it.
