Uncanny Banquet - Ramsey Campbell

An excellent collection of horror stories concentrating more on the contents of the mind than on the contents of the body. Campbell's own contribution was clever but light-weight: how does he manage to capture the atmosphere of stress, boredom, and hi-tech in a modern office when, presumably, he hasn't had to work in one for years? The best, a very subtle story of decadence (in a literal and art-historical sense) and perversion, was by the writer who wrote "Leaves from a Young Girl's Diary".
