I first used this book to complete a project on social polcies and I found it to be very detailed and it also has great pictures to accompany the text that is written in this book. This book can be used as a textbook, for courses like disability GNVQ in health and social care. (I personally used it for both, I have also used this book for the HND course that I am presently on).
