Crowned Review Usborne Christmas Sticker Book - Fiona Watt: Stuck on Christmas. (1004 words)

I frequent The Book People website on quite a regular basis as my 25 month old son is becoming a bit of a bookworm. With Christmas fast approaching it was inevitable that I was going to be purchasing a few books for my son, whilst browsing through books to buy for him I decided to have a look at the Christmas selection of books on offer. Like all toddlers my son loves stickers, so when I spotted The Christmas sticker book for just £2.99 I wasted no time in adding one to my basket. The book is a Usborne publication so I knew it would be of a good quality. The A4 sized sticker book has 24 pages with an additional 10 pages of stickers containing a stunning ...  Read the complete review

My son is currently very much into playing with sticker books! Choosing a sticker, getting someone (anyone) to peel it off for him, finding the page he wants it to go and then sticking it down. He enjoys it and has started trying to find the sets of objects, e.g. sticking all the penguins on the page of snow and ice or putting all of the ...  Read the complete review

Usborne Christmas sticker book Little Miss does like her sticker books, and with Christmas on the horizon, and the Usborne catalogue in my hand, it seemed churlish not to buy her this sticker book. It is in fact a very simple book which contains more than 800 stickers, including some shiny foil stickers, which are always popular. The book itself is divided into double page spreads, each one with a full double page spread Christmas picture, which children will decorate. The contents are: Waiting for Santa (advent calendar), Making treats; Penguin land; Tinsel town; Building snowmen; Singing Birds; Decorating the tree; Christmas fairies; ...  Read the complete review
