Vegan Cupcakes is a book which has had rave reviews, my friend talked about it so much that I just had to go and buy my own copy. I'm not vegan or even vegetarian but have been making more of an effort to cut down my consumption of animal products lately and regularly entertain veggie friends. The best chocolate cake I have ever tasted was vegan so I figured I was on to a winner with this book.
